Baumer Foods, Inc./LSU Sports properties “LSU/Crystal Merchandise Give Away Contest” This promotion is intended for play and participation in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States.  Please do not enter this Contest if you are not a legal resident of the United States. This contest is open to individuals only.  Corporate or business entries are ineligible.

Central Standard Time and will run consectutively for 3 weeks (until November 30, 2008 at 11:59 P.M. CST). Please complete all required fields for the "LSU/Crystal Merchandise Give Away Contest" registration page online at www.crystalhotsauce.com. Limit one entry per e-mail address, per weekly contest. The contest will end on Sunday November 30, 2008 at 11:59 P.M. CST.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, there are no age restrictions. Employees of Baumer Foods, Inc.; LSU Sports properties and its respective parents, franchisees, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, or public relations agencies, and immediate family (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and household members of such employees are not eligible to participate. This Contest shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable US Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZE:
Three (3) drawings will be held for the "LSU/Crystal Hot Sauce Merchandise Give Away Contest". The first drawing will be held on November 17, 2008 at 9:00 A.M.CST. The second drawing will be held on November 24, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. CST. The third drawing will be held on December 1, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. CST. One (1) lucky winner for each drawing will receive a LSU/Crystal Hot Sauce Merchandise Party Pack. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible on-line entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The drawings will be held at 9:00 A.M. CST on Monday, November 17, 2008, Monday, November 24, 2008 and Monday, December 1, 2008. The winners will be notified by telephone and\or e-mail within five (5) hours after the drawing. The winner will have 48 hours to accept. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/publicity release. Baumer Foods, Inc. must receive the original form with original signature at its Metairie, Louisiana Corporate Headquarters within 48 hours of winner’s acceptance. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person who is named in the entry materials.

INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor resulting from user’s attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her entries) who tampers with the entry process. CAUTION; ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OTHER CONDITIONS:Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if prize is unavailable. If prize or correspondence (including e-mail) regarding the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited. Taxes, Travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prize recipients will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes based upon the retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within 24 hours, winner automatically forfeits his/her right to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded by second chance random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. The same notification and verification procedures will be in force until such a time a winner has been officially notified and this individual will have fully complied with these stated eligibility and verification procedures.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Entrants grant to Baumer Foods the right to use and publish their proper name online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Baumer Foods to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Baumer Foods, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won.

By participating, entrants agree (a) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding; (b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (c) to release Sponsor, Baumer Foods, Inc. and franchisees/licensees, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, award supplier, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability in connection with any prize received in this Sweepstakes or from participating in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of receiving prize, any and all costs of redemption. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
